Krishna Shukla

Krishna Shukla, BDS, MHA, PMP, serves as a Sr. Product Manager at Providence since March 2025 and as a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist for the Puget Sound Region at Swedish since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Strategy and Management Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Business Analyst at Xelay Acumen from July 2017 to May 2022. Krishna also worked as an Administrative Resident at Children's Hospital Los Angeles from January 2016 to January 2017, where significant achievements included modernizing a census reconciliation process, identifying substantial unbilled revenue opportunities, and developing policies for sensitive information handling. Krishna holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences.
