Olga Kondratets

Olga Kondratets has extensive experience in clinic operations, currently serving as the Manager of Clinic Operations at Swedish since January 2005, where responsibilities include coordinating a team of 14 providers and overseeing hiring and training of new team members. Previously, Olga worked as an Analyst I, focusing on transitioning clinics to electronic medical records and providing user training and ongoing support. Prior to this, Olga held the position of Medical Records Clerk at Birth & Family Clinic, managing patient record preparations and customer inquiries. Olga's educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Science from Eastern University, an MBA in Technology Management from UW Foster School of Business, and both a Bachelor and Associate degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington Bothell and Shoreline Community College, respectively.
