Currently serving as Projektledare at Svenska institutet för standarder (SIS) since February 2020, Roger's previous positions include project leadership roles at TYA and ALMI Företagspartner Gotland AB, along with significant contributions as HSE Chef and Ingenjör at Kvaerner Power AB. Educational qualifications include a Civilingenjör degree in Industriell Arbetsmiljö from Luleå University of Technology and an Elkraftingenjör degree from Säveskolan/Åsö Gymnasium.
