Cristian Bodin

Cristian Bodin has a diverse work experience in research and development, with a focus on innovation and product development. Cristian started their career as a Research Scientist at Proffice - Life Science in 2006. Cristian then joined AstraZeneca in 2008, where they worked as a Research Scientist and later as a Senior Research Scientist. During their time at AstraZeneca, they were responsible for the automated lab equipment, collaborated with external partners, and played a role in the development of an internal database. In 2014, Cristian joined Swedish Match as a Research Scientist, where they primarily worked on pasteurization process optimization and later shifted their focus to nonwoven materials. Cristian held several roles at Swedish Match, including Research Team Manager and Director Development Pasteurized Products. In their current role as Director Innovation Team Snus Brands at Swedish Match, they continue to lead innovation efforts in the company. Cristian has a strong background in leadership development and has participated in leadership programs throughout their career.

Cristian Bodin attended IHM Business School in the year 2021, where they studied Business Finance. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's degree in Bioengineering from Chalmers University of Technology, which they completed from 2000 to 2006. In 2005, they also briefly studied Bioengineering at Uppsala University.
