Therese Gustafsson

Therese Gustafsson has extensive experience in customer service and business operations, currently serving as Manager of Customer Service and Manager of Business and Operations Support/Communications at Swedish Match North Europe AB since April 2004. Key responsibilities include overseeing internal communication and contributing to strategy and operational development within the Supply Chain. Previously, Therese worked as a Product Manager and Marketing Assistant at ICA from January 1997 to January 2003. Therese holds an education from IHM Business School (1999-2001) and attended the University of Gothenburg (1993-1994).
