Alaa Boustany

Alaa Boustany has extensive experience in team leadership and operational management at Migrationsverket since August 2014, currently serving as Team Leader, responsible for coordination, follow-up, and coaching within the team. Prior to this role, Alaa worked as a case officer specializing in custody matters. In addition to this, Alaa has significant experience in sports officiating, having served as a Futsal referee and football referee for various leagues, and has acted as an instructor for sports referees in Södermanland. Alaa's background includes roles in construction, food services, and facility management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Innovation Technology from Mälardalen University and courses focused on conflict management and group leadership.
