Jenny Arvidsson

Jenny Arvidsson has extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership, currently serving as Tf Teamledare within rekrytering at Migrationsverket since November 2014, with previous roles as Arbetsmiljö och rekryteringsspecialist, Rekryteringsspecialist, and Rekryteringssamordnare. Prior to this, Jenny owned and managed Villa Lavendel, a restaurant business, overseeing recruitment, payroll, scheduling, order management, and sales responsibilities from June 2004 to December 2014. Additional experience includes roles as a servitris and arbetsledare at Westers, a catering and conference hostess at Vattenfall, and a sales assistant at Coop Extra. Jenny holds a Kandidatexamen in Personal och arbetsliv from Stockholm University and a degree in Samhälle ekonomi with a focus on economics from Nacka gymnasium.
