Johannes Wikman Franke

Johannes Wikman Franke possesses extensive experience in communications and program management within both governmental and EU contexts. Currently serving at Migrationsverket as part of the initiative for the Ukraine crisis, Johannes also holds a longstanding consultancy role at FloCom since August 1991. Previous positions include leadership roles in communication at Järfällahus and Upplands Väsby kommun, where Johannes was responsible for comprehensive communication processes and international relations. Additional experience at Svenska ESF-Rådet involved national coordination for transnational work related to EU funding programs aimed at reducing discrimination in the labor market. Johannes has also worked with the European Commission as a national expert and has held various roles that contributed to the planning and implementation of significant EU projects in Sweden. Educational qualifications include studies at Stockholm University, Stockholm School of Economics, Försvarshögskolan, and Uppsala University, emphasizing organizational theory and public administration.
