Ludvig Enger, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Ludvig has held various roles in notable companies such as Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, Tacton, ResMed, Merck AB, Serono Nordic AB, Novartis Consumer Health, Ericsson, and Apollo.

In their most recent position as the Head of HR Sweden & Global HRBP at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, Ludvig led the Sobi Future Workplace cross-functional project, developed work environment and union collaboration, and defined and updated Swedish HR policies, processes, and trainings.

Prior to this, Ludvig served as the Global Commercial HRBP at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, where they focused on global talent management development and implementation, restructures, and acquisition integration.

Before joining Tacton, Ludvig served as the Global Commercial HRBP at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, where they focused on European talent acquisition, developed and implemented High Performing Team workshops, and worked on workforce planning, talent management, change management, and insights discovery.

Prior to their experience at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, Ludvig worked at ResMed as the HR Manager Nordic | Baltic | Russia, where they developed local HR plans, executed several restructures to increase efficiency, and managed a merger, including HR due diligence, of a company in Denmark. Ludvig also served as the Director - Global Talent & Succession Management (Interim) at ResMed, driving the global talent management process and developing the Leadership acceleration program for talents.

Before their experience at ResMed, Ludvig worked at Merck AB as the Senior HR Manager, overseeing the local HR team and leading the merger of two companies in Sweden. Ludvig also served as a member of the board of Merck AB, the local management team, and the global HR management team.

Ludvig also worked at Serono Nordic AB as the HR Manager Northern Europe, where they developed and implemented regional HR strategies and processes and led the merger of a company in Sweden. Ludvig served as a member of the board of Serono Nordic AB, the Nordic management team, and the global HR management team.

In addition, Ludvig worked at Novartis Consumer Health as the HR Manager Nordic, where they built HR strategies and processes and organized global HR conferences and regional sales conferences. Ludvig also conducted an employee survey that yielded clear improvement results.

Early in their career, Ludvig worked at Ericsson as an HR Officer & Manager, where they served as an assessor at the Ericsson Assessment Center and managed compensation and benefits for 1700 employees. Ludvig also gained international experience during their assignment to EPR Puerto Rico in 1998.

Ludvig began their career at Apollo as a Sales Officer.
