Trish Spelman, MSN, RN, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Specialty Care Operations and Medical Group Quality & Ambulatory Nursing at UW Health SwedishAmerican since 2009, Trish directs a wide range of specialty services and oversees Medical Group Quality. Previous roles at UW Health SwedishAmerican include Director of Primary Care Operations, Operations Manager, and Operational Supervisor for outpatient services. Prior to this, Trish worked as a Float Pool RN at Rockford Memorial Hospital and as an oncology staff RN at SwedishAmerican. Trish holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rockford University, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Kishwaukee College.
