Irene Wisenborn Bellander

Irene Wisenborn Bellander is the current CFO at Swedol and has been in this position since January of 2020. Prior to their current role, they served as the Group CFO at Alligo from January 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the financial reporting to the Board of Directors and participating in all Board meetings.

Bellander started their career at Posten Norge AS in January 2015, where they served as the CFO Bring Norden Logistics and Senior Vice President until December of 2018.

Irene then transitioned to Swedol AB in January 2017, where they served as the Group CFO until December of 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the financial reporting to the Board of Directors and participating in all Board meetings on top Group level. Swedol AB (publ) was delisted at Nasdaq in April 2020 following Momentum Group´s acquisition of Swedol.

Irene Wisenborn Bellander has a certification from Board Assure Sverige in Board Certificate and from FAR (the institute for the accountancy profession in Sweden) in Authorized Public Accountant (CPA). Irene also has an Executive Management Program from Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Business Administration from Karlstad University.
