Islam Ibrahim

Islam Ibrahim has a solid work experience in the field of software engineering. Islam is currently working as a Software Engineer at Qliro since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SwedQ from May 2022.

Before joining SwedQ, Islam served as a Software Engineering Lead at New Smart Egypt Integrated Solutions from December 2020 to December 2021. Previously, they worked at Vodafone, where they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer from February 2019 to December 2020, and Software Engineer from January 2018 to February 2019.

Islam also had valuable experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Pivotal Software, Inc. from October 2018 to March 2019. During their time at Pivotal, they collaborated with a team on building a reporting tool for Help Refugees, applying design thinking methodologies and Lean development.

Earlier in their career, Islam worked as a Software Engineer at Information Technology and Services Co. (ITSC) from July 2017 to January 2018. Islam also gained experience as a Student at Information Technology Institute (ITI) from October 2016 to June 2017.

Islam's earlier roles include working as an IT Engineer at Lokma Group from March 2016 to October 2016, and as a Developer at Chestnut from January 2016 to March 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Helpdesk at Hieckstep Military Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015.

Islam Ibrahim attended A.C.C.Exp.L.S. from 1996 to 2006, where they completed their preparatory education. Islam then attended As-Salam College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their General Egypt secondary Grade, with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. Finally, from 2009 to 2014, Islam Ibrahim attended Cairo University and completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
