Scotty Hepler

Scotty Hepler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, engineering, and public service. Currently serving as FBO Manager and Part Time Weekend Customer Service Representative at Sweet Aviation since April 2015, Scotty has also held positions as Contractor for Navistar: Product Manager - OnCommand Connection at Solid Design, Inc. and various management roles at Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc., including Lease Purchase Manager, Director of Operations, and Recruiting Manager. Scotty's prior experience includes serving as a Deputy (Reserve) for the City of Woodburn Indiana, Sales Application Engineer at Precision Products Group, Inc., and Senior Engineering Manager at Navistar Inc., where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and managing product development. Earlier career highlights also feature significant roles in emergency services as a Firefighter and EMT, as well as military service as an Air Traffic Control Specialist in the Air National Guard.
