Charles Semmel

Charles Semmel has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Charles started their career as the Founder of Open Properties from January 2016 to January 2018. Charles then worked as a Property Consultant at Engel & Völkers from April 2012 to September 2018, where they specialized in luxury residential and commercial real estate. In 2017, they co-founded The Selective Traveler, and in 2020, they co-founded Eretz Estate, a real estate agency specializing in high-end property transactions. Currently, they are working as the Business Development Manager for Europe at SWEET INN, a SaaS company focused on short-term rental and real estate.

Charles Semmel began their education in 2003 at the Centre International de Valbonne, where they studied for three years. In 2008, they enrolled at ILERI and completed their studies in International Relations in 2010. Charles then attended the ILEC Business School et Creative School Cannes from 2012 to 2014, where they earned their BTS Professions Immobilières degree.
