Loren (Brill) Castle has been an entrepreneur and food writer since 2011. Loren is the Founder & CEO of Sweet Loren's, an award-winning cookie dough company. In 2012, they began writing for The Huffington Post as a HuffPost Culinary Writer. Additionally, they work as a Freelance Contributor for AOL's Kitchen Daily, focusing on delicious, all-natural baking.
Loren Castle attended the University of Southern California from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BA in the Annenberg School of Communication. From 2007 to 2007, they attended The New School for a Master Class in Cooking. In 2010, they completed the Columbia Community Business Program at Columbia Business School.
