William Gunard

William Gunard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth ministry, customer service, and construction. Currently serving as the High School Lead and Youth Ministry Coordinator at North Heights Lutheran Church since October 2016, William excels in event planning and project management, effectively utilizing creative thinking and delegation to achieve departmental growth. In addition to current positions, William has worked seasonally at Sweet Martha's Cookie Jar since August 2010, where fast-paced customer service and decision-making are paramount. Experience in the construction sector at Eric Gunard Construction includes hands-on demolition and carpentry, along with administrative responsibilities such as managing databases and invoicing. Previous roles include a marketing internship at Ricker Accounting, focused on customer service and marketing insights, and a Personal Care Assistant position at Choices For Children, where supervision and interpersonal communication were key. William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota.
