Zoe Lindberg

Zoe Lindberg is an experienced professional in the food science and sensory testing fields, currently serving as a Sr Sensory Technologist at Target since July 2022, where responsibilities include programming screeners, preparing samples, and managing the panelist database. Previously, Zoe worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota Sensory Center, contributing to sensory testing operations, and served as a Research and Development Intern at Gregory's Foods Inc., assisting in product development. Additional experience includes roles at Sweet Martha's Cookie Jar, Lunds & Byerlys as a Bakery Helper, and as a Teaching Assistant for a food science course at the University of Minnesota. Zoe holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and a Diploma in Gastronomy, Nutrition and Food Trends from Le Cordon Bleu London.
