Martin has also held the positions of CEO of Seed.Media Ltd and Chairperson of PlayoutTV. In their long and successful career, Heath has also been the Managing Director of Arista Records UK and the Founder Director of Perfect World. Martin has always been a hustler and a leader, with a talent for spotting new talent and making deals. Theirexperience and success in the music industry have made him one of the most respected figures in the business.

Martin Heath attended Lancaster University from 1979-1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Martin is also proficient in German, having completed the Duolingo German Fluency: Beginner course.
