Allison Young Chavez

Allison Young Chavez co-founded Sweet Paris Crêperie & Cafe in 2014 and has played a key role in expanding the business to multiple locations. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Grayco Partners from 2008 to 2013. Allison also gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from 2007 to 2008 and as a Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse in 2006. In addition, they worked as an Intern at Eden Capital Management in 2005.

Allison Young Chavez completed their high school education at St. John’s School from 1997 to 2003. Later, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the Huntsman Program - International Studies (Spanish).
