Jenny Farris

Jenny Farris has had a wide range of work experience since 2004. Jenny began their career as an Assistant Manager at the Atlanta Bread Company, where they were responsible for interviewing job candidates, reviewing and approving inventory deliveries, and maintaining high levels of catering standards for preferred clients. In 2014, Jenny worked as a Transporter for Auto Showcase of Hickory, where they were a logistics coordinator for company inventory, provided sales information by completing reports, and arranged repairs and deliveries for dealership and clients. From 2018 to 2019, Jenny worked as a Continuous Improvement for Vanguard Furniture, where they were an Internal Process Auditor for North Carolina and Virginia Plants with combined 400+ employees and managed projects to improve operations in processes and in departments. In 2019, Jenny took on two roles: Human Resources Director at Sweet Relish, where they were a team manager for multiple verticals and handled talent acquisitions for the company, and Patron Experience Coordinator at Western Piedmont Symphony, where they developed patron relations, collaborated with staff and developmental committees, and maintained calendars and financial reporting.

Jenny Farris obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from American InterContinental University between 2012 and 2014. Jenny then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the same university between 2014 and 2017.
