Christian Samay

Christian Samay has worked in various roles in the legal field since 1997. Christian began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court. Christian then worked as an Associate for McCarter & English, LLP from 1998 to 2000. During this time, they also held the role of General Counsel for Exario. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Partner at McCarter & English, LLP. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Partner at ReedSmith. Christian then worked as a Partner at Dentons from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Partner at Haug Partners LLP. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Partner at Lerner David Littenberg Krumholz & Mentlik. Most recently, they have been the General Counsel & EVP at Sweet since 2023.

Christian Samay received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and International Relations from Bucknell University in 1991. Christian then earned a Certificat de Langue Francaise from La Sorbonne in 1992. In 1997, they completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law. Christian also attended Mountain Lakes High School, graduating in 1987.
