Billie-Jean Bray

Billie-Jean Bray is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in brand representation and bartending. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador/Educator at SouthTrade International since May 2018, Billie-Jean has also worked as a Contract Bartender with Sweet&Chilli Ltd since June 2015, taking on various roles including brand ambassador and events manager. Previous positions include Bartender at The Gresham Bar, with Billie-Jean recently returning in April 2017, and Bar Manager at The Loose Moose, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff during the establishment's opening. Additional experience includes working as a Cocktail Waitress at 1806 Cocktail Bar and as a Bartender at Boilermaker House, both notable venues in the hospitality industry.
