Jean Brownhill

Founder, Chief Executive Officer at Sweeten

Jean Brownhill has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jean is currently a Board Member at The New Home Company Inc. Since 2011, they have been the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sweeten, a company that has grown to have nearly $1.5B of construction projects in the pipeline. Jean is also a Board Member at HELP USA, one of the nation's largest homeless service providers and low-income housing developers. In addition, Jean has served as a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute and as the CoFounder and Chairwoman of the African American Student Union at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Jean has past experience as a Senior Manager of Global Architecture at Coach Inc., a Senior Designer at Andrew Pollock Architect, and a Project Manager at Elizabeth O'Donnell Architect.

Jean Brownhill attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Jean then went on to pursue further education at Harvard University Graduate School of Design from 2011 to 2012 as a Loeb Fellow, specializing in Architecture.
