Sherataun Nuss

Sherataun Nuss is the co-founder and creative director of Sweeten, a home improvement platform that helps connect homeowners with the right general contractors for their renovation projects.

Before starting Sweeten, Sherataun worked as a freelance designer and research consultant for architecture, design, and real estate firms in NYC and abroad. Her clients included AWA Lighting Designers, Archi-Ninja, and General Assembly.

Sherataun’s experience in both the design and construction industries gives their a unique perspective on the home improvement process. Sherataun is passionate about helping homeowners navigate the often overwhelming process of renovating their homes.

Sherataun Nuss completed their Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before going on to earn their M.Arch from the Rhode Island School of Design. Sherataun also has a Certification from Brown University in Sheridan Teaching Certificate I.
