Karyn Emeralda

Karyn Emeralda has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Karyn began their career as a Graphic Design Student Assistant at Chicago State University Athletics Department in 2011. In 2014, they took on a Graphic Design Intern role at Percipia and a Graphic Designer role at Ideation Studio Inc, where they designed a dining menu concept for Point of Interest Restaurant at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. In 2015, they were a Graduate Assistant Coach for Women's Tennis at North Central College. In 2017, they became the Graphic Communications Coordinator at Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA). Most recently, they have been a Photo Editor Lead, B2B Senior Photo Editor, B2B Photo Editor, and Special Project Officer at SweetEscape since 2018.

Karyn Emeralda earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from North Central College between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Applied Arts from Chicago State University between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a Visual Elements of User Interface Design certification from Coursera in November 2020 and is also a Professional Tennis Registry certified.
