Shella Lodra has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they were a Campus Ambassador, Delegate of International Student Conference, Project Officer of ‘Studi Banding’ HMPSIHI 18/19, Staff of Research and Development HMPSIHI, and Coordinator of Publication Division - Pasar Malam Kampus Tiga XXII at Parahyangan Catholic University. In 2018, they were a Public Relations Intern at Bawaslu RI. In 2019, they were a Professional Photographer and Graphic Designer at Self-Employed & Grad_co, Business Development Analyst, Relationship Management - ShopeeMall and Business Development Intern at Shopee, Graphic Designer at Narativ.Co, Volunteer at The 5th Congress of Indonesian Diaspora, and Analysis of Technical Supervising and Potential Violations (ATP3) Division Intern at Bawaslu RI. In 2020, they were a Graphic Designer at Highlights! Magazine. Shella is currently an Account Manager at SweetEscape.

Shella Lodra completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended BPK PENABUR Jakarta from 2013 to 2016, studying Social Sciences.
