Dawn Ostroff

Dawn Ostroff is a transformative business leader and seasoned board director known for building, scaling, and modernizing global consumer brands. They currently serve on the boards of Mattel, Inc. and Sweetgreen, Inc., and have previously served on boards of companies including Activision Blizzard and Paramount Global. Most recently, Ostroff was the Chief Content & Advertising Business Officer at Spotify, where they expanded the platform from music into a comprehensive audio content ecosystem and tripled advertising revenue. Prior to that, they were President of Condé Nast Entertainment and President of Entertainment at The CW, where they developed iconic programming and content.
