Thea Steele

Thea Steele, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager focusing on People Experience at sweetgreen since July 2021, and previously held the position of People Generalist. Prior to sweetgreen, Thea gained extensive experience at SoulCycle Inc. from February 2015 to November 2020, where responsibilities included roles such as People Business Partner, Area Manager, Studio Manager + Training Lead, and Assistant Studio Manager. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in English from the University of South Carolina, where Thea was involved in Campus Recreation as a Facility Supervisor from August 2011 to May 2014.
