Ghassan Shuhaibar

Ghassan Shuhaibar's work experience includes serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Sweetheart Kitchen since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant and later Partner at Dentons from 2017 to 2020. Ghassan also served as Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from 2015 to 2017, and as a Senior Associate at DLA Piper from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they were a Senior Associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP from 2007 to 2011, a Junior Associate at Trowers & Hamlins from 2005 to 2007, and a Summer Associate at Paul Hastings in 2002. Ghassan also gained experience as a Summer Law Clerk at the United States Senate in 2001 and through a Summer Placement at Allen & Overy in 2000.

Ghassan Shuhaibar obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Finance, Economics, and History from the University of Michigan between 1996 and 2000. Ghassan then pursued further education and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. Continuing their academic journey, Ghassan attended The George Washington University Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in Law from 2000 to 2003. Ghassan further specialized in International Business and Foreign Direct Investment, earning a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2004.
