Sandy Penny

Sandy Penny has extensive work experience in various roles within the HR and recruitment field.

In 2006, they started as a Senior Consultant at Talent Partners Executive Search and worked there until 2010.

From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Director Middle East at Inspire Search & Selection, a branch of the Hong Kong and Singapore-based Inspire.

Sandy then joined TRANSEARCH Middle East as a Principal Consultant from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, they became the Managing Partner at 3 Step HR Search and Selection, where they provided HR consultancy services and advice in areas such as performance management and employee engagement. Sandy also offered a HR-on-call service to assist businesses with HR, industrial relations, and workplace relation matters.

Their most recent position is Head of Procurement at Sweetheart Kitchen, which they started in 2020.

Sandy Penny completed a Marketing Management Diploma at Damelin. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Certification in Management/Business from the University of Cambridge, which they completed in 2010.
