Sean Gowdy

Sean Gowdy has a long and varied work experience. Sean began their career in 2007 as a Videographer, Editor, and Photographer for an Editor. Sean then held an Internship with American Cinema Editors (A.C.E.) in 2012. That same year they were a Production Assistant on the feature film "Scorned" starring Billy Zane, AnnaLynne McCord, and Viva Bianca. Sean also held Internships with KO Creative and Cinevita Films, where they assisted with media management, scheduling, and editing movie trailers, promos, commercials, etc. In 2010, they were an Assistant Editor for Poetic Cinema, where they edited wedding trailers, ceremonies, documentaries, etc. Finally, from 2007 to 2013, they were Director of Production for Sweety High Media, where they had the opportunity to work on video projects for Sweety High, Tegan Marie, Disney Channel, Radio Disney, Warner Bros Records, ESPN, Nickelodeon, NBCUniversal, will. i. am, and i. Sean also worked as Photography/Media/Visuals/Sound for Temple Baptist Church.

Sean Gowdy began their educational journey in 2004 when they attended Portsmouth Junior High School and Portsmouth High School. Sean then went on to Cedarville University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video Production and Photography. In 2012, they completed an Intro to Film course at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center.
