Scott Shankland

Scott Shankland is the current Audio Team Lead at SweetRush Inc. Prior to this, they were a Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House from November 2009 to June 2010. Scott was responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including maintaining the weekly FOH schedule for 60 employees, modeling impeccable hospitality and service standards, developing staff and peers, and inspiring leadership leading to operational excellence. Scott also demonstrated consistent execution of all systems, standards and processes, and maintained P&L responsibility and accountability. In addition, they assisted with inventory control (food & product cost).

From January 2011 to July 2012, Scott was a Senior Sales Executive at Time Payroll and Employer Services. In this role, they helped companies find more Time, Profit and Peace of Mind by integrating Timekeeping, Payroll and Human Resources Information Systems onto one seamless platform freeing up the great American entrepreneur to put their resources back into the marketplace.

Scott has also worked as an Independent Sales Executive at Real Wines Co from April 2008 to November 2009, and as a Professional Voice Artist at Scott Shankland Professional Voice from January 2008 to February 2018.

Scott Shankland's educational career includes a BA in Mass Communication - Radio Broadcasting from Anderson University.
