Additionally, Sharlene serves as the Founding Partner and Global Executive Producer at Sweetshop & Green since October 2019, while also holding the position of Managing Director at Sweetshop & Green NZ. Sharlene's contributions have been instrumental in the growth and success of both Sweetshop and The Rumpus Room, where Sharlene has also been a Founding Partner since the company's inception.
