Drew Howard Ed.d

Drew Howard, Ed.D, currently serves as the Superintendent for Sweetwater ISD since March 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in educational leadership. Prior to this role, Drew was the Senior Director of School Governance & Leadership Support at the Texas Education Agency from January 2019 to March 2020 and held the position of Superintendent at Petersburg ISD from January 2016 to June 2019. Drew's earlier career includes serving as Principal at Peaster ISD and Gilbert Intermediate School in Stephenville ISD, as well as an Assistant Principal at Lipan ISD. Teaching experience began at Peaster ISD. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master's in Education, a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Education, and an Associate of Science in Biology, all from Tarleton State University and Weatherford College.
