Thomas Burger is currently the Head of R&D and Business Development at Swegon Group, where they also serve as an R&D Manager. Prior to this role, they were the Leiter Technik at Barcol-Air Group AG from 2019 to 2022, following positions as a Laboringenieur and later as a Laborleiter at Barcol-Air AG from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Betriebsoptimierer and Energiemanager at IMMO, Stadt Zürich. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Environmental Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil and completed an MAS module in Corporate Finance and Business Administration at ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2021.
