Eric Nadler

Eric Nadler has over 30 years of work experience in software development and engineering. Eric is currently working as an Embedded Software Engineer for Swell Energy since June 2023. Prior to this, from March 2021 to September 2022, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Evolon. From December 2012 to March 2021, Eric served as the Manager of Software Tools Development at Quantum, where they designed and developed web-based tools to improve processes, work queues, metrics, business intelligence, and data mining for the Service organization. Before Quantum, Eric worked as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at WatchGuard Video from September 2008 to December 2012.

Eric also has experience at Quantum (formerly ADIC), Yotta Networks, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Raytheon, and IBM. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Quantum as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead. Prior to that, they served as a Software Development Engineer at Yotta Networks in 2001. From 1996 to 2001, Eric worked as a Senior Technical Team Lead at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Eric also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Raytheon from 1995 to 1996.

Eric started their career at IBM, where they worked as a Senior Associate Programmer from 1992 to 1994 and as a Co-op Programmer from 1990 to 1991.

Eric Nadler attended Penn State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
