Sudha KV

Sudha KV has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sudha started their career at Microsoft as an SDE in 1999 and worked there until 2000. Following this, Sudha joined Brience as an Engineering Manager, where they played a significant role in mobile app development. In 2003, Brience was acquired by Syniverse.

In 2003, Sudha co-founded Skava and served as the CTO. Skava is a prominent provider of next-generation multi-channel e-commerce solutions that enable retailers to create customized user experiences across various platforms. Sudha dedicated 15 years to Skava before leaving in 2018.

In 2018, Sudha became a Board Member at Narika, a position they held until 2019. Additionally, in the same year, they became the Managing Director of SANA Ventures LLC, an angel investor firm focused on technology startups, especially within the retail tech sector.

Finally, Sudha is currently the CEO and CTO of Swell, a platform dedicated to sharing inspiring stories of individuals who have overcome ailments through unconventional methods. Swell also offers unique health and wellness solutions from around the world.

Throughout their career, Sudha has demonstrated a passion for technology startups, retail tech, and innovative solutions, making their a valuable asset to any organization they work with.

Sudha KV pursued their Master of Science - MS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 1999. Later, they attended Harvard Business School from 2005 to 2007 to complete their MBA in Business Management.
