Rebecca Garcia

Rebecca Garcia is a seasoned finance and human resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Payroll Manager at SWENSON since August 2021. With extensive experience in financial management, Rebecca has held the position of Finance Manager at Waterwell Plumbing Services since August 2010 and at Mason Hammer Builders from January 2017 to December 2019. Prior to these roles, Rebecca worked at Union Elementary School District from February 2012 to January 2017, advancing through various positions including Bond Accountant and Accounts Payable. Additional experience includes serving as a Bi-lingual Instructional Assistant and Associated Student Body Bookkeeper at Britton Middle School from February 2005 to February 2012.
