Summer M. Ludwick

Summer M. Ludwick has a diverse work experience in the legal industry. They began their career as an Attorney at Terra Law LLP in 2006 and worked there for six years before joining Silicon Valley Law Group in 2012. After a year at Silicon Valley Law Group, they moved to Structure Law Group, LLP in 2013, where they worked as an Attorney until 2015. Following this, they worked as an Owner/Attorney at Situs Law from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, Ludwick became the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SWENSON, where they served until becoming the Chief Operating Officer in 2021. In 2023, Ludwick rejoined Situs Law as the Owner/Attorney.

Summer M. Ludwick earned a BA degree in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1999. Summer M. then pursued a JD degree in Law, first at Roger Williams University School of Law from 2004 to 2006, and later at Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006 and 2007.
