Joseph Wood has extensive experience in customer service and technology roles, currently serving as the Lead Curb Server at Swensons Drive-In Restaurants since June 2018. Previously, Joseph worked as a Technologist at Cascade Auto Group, Ltd. from December 2016 to June 2017. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from The University of Akron, completing the degree in December 2020. Additionally, Joseph pursued further education at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business during 2017 to 2018.
