Heather Green

Heather Green currently serves as the Managing Director at Swerve Growth Lab, a position held since March 2025. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Optimizely from March 2021 to March 2025, where Heather established and led global and North American Customer Success teams, significantly improving account retention and revenue growth. Before joining Optimizely, Heather was Head of Customer Success at Zaius, facilitating the transition during its acquisition by Optimizely and achieving impressive retention rates. Earlier roles at True Fit Corporation involved driving client satisfaction and meeting revenue targets, along with various positions in sales and customer relations across multiple companies. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from Chapman University.
