Jose Rubio

Jose Rubio currently serves as Regional Industrial Engineering Manager and Regional Lean Manufacturing Manager for Mexico Operations at Springs Window Fashions, a position held since March 2020. Previous roles at Springs Window Fashions from March 2014 to January 2020 included Process Engineer, responsible for cost per unit administration and managing a team of CNC Programmers, Junior Process Engineers, Materials Coordinators, and interns. Jose's earlier experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Esselte from September 2009 to March 2014 and AES Interconnects from January 2005 to August 2009. Jose Rubio holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universidad México Americana del Norte and has achieved Black Belt and Green Belt certifications in Six Sigma from Instituto Internacional de Estudios Superiores.
