Megan Balgord

Megan Balgord has extensive experience in training and management roles, currently serving as Associate Training Manager at Springs Window Fashions since June 2015, with prior positions including Training Operations Specialist, Associate Project Manager and Training Specialist, and Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Megan worked at HotelRED from February 2012 to June 2015 as Front Office Manager, overseeing a staff of 12 and managing daily operations, and as Guest Services Representative, focusing on customer interaction and satisfaction. Earlier experience includes serving as a Peer Advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and as a Research Assistant and Thesis Team Leader in the Devine Prejudice and Intergroup Relations Lab, where coordination of studies and data analysis were key responsibilities. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2012.
