Susan Miller

Susan Miller is an experienced talent management professional with a diverse background in leadership development and organizational learning. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Management at Springs Window Fashions since January 2023, Susan designs and implements strategies to engage and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive work culture.
