Karen Maduell

Karen Maduell has held a variety of roles in their career. From 2017 to present, they have been the Chief Operating Officer and Event Director at the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute Inc. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Executive Assistant at Roth Staffing Companies, L.P. (Ultimate Staffing-Ledgent-Ledgent Technology-Adams & Martin Group). In this role, they were responsible for creating a company of pride and purpose. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Studio Owner at OC Core Pilates, where they developed and built the business from start-up, increased sales by 10% growth monthly, and developed approximately 10 new leads monthly. From 2005 to 2011, they were the Training Administrator at the University of Phoenix, where they were responsible for the initial training of 200+ new counselors in over 13 locations, facilitated, presented, and trained in both small and large group settings, and trained academic, finance, enrollment, and student-facing staff in an effort to increase their enrollments and retention strategies by 10%.

Karen Maduell obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Colorado State University between 2000 and 2004. Karen then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2007.
