Navaneeth Belagode

Navaneeth Belagode is an experienced engineering and product management professional with a proven track record in the mining and oil & gas industries. Currently serving as Executive Product Manager at Swick Mining Services Ltd since November 2020, Navaneeth manages the launch of Swick Engineering and oversees the production of advanced drill rigs while ensuring operational synchronization across various departments. Previously, as Senior Engineering Manager at Baker Hughes, Navaneeth led a team on a significant $35 million project, successfully negotiating key vendor contracts, which protected the company’s intellectual property. Additional roles include Project Engineering Lead for the Ichthys LNG plant at EnerMech, Drilling and Subsea Service Engineer at GE Oil & Gas, and Lead Engineer at Boart Longyear, all of which involved project management, engineering design, and the implementation of innovative solutions. Navaneeth holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
