John Weijtmans

John Weijtmans has extensive experience in the rail industry, currently serving as Algemeen directeur at Swietelsky Rail Luxembourg S.àr.l. since 2016, overseeing railway operations in the European market. Concurrently, John holds the position of Algemeen directeur at Swietelsky Rail Travaux Ferroviaires SA since 2013, managing railway construction activities in France. Additionally, John has been the CEO of SWIETELSKY RAIL BENELUX B.V. since 2010, responsible for operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg with all relevant licenses for rail infrastructure work. John's prior roles include Algemeen directeur at Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires and Vossloh Infrastructure Services, as well as various leadership positions at NV Nederlandse Spoorwegen from 1982 to 1994.
