Polina Kondrar

Polina Kondrar is an experienced accountant with a demonstrated history in the real estate and property management sectors. Since March 2014, Polina has been employed at Swift Real Estate Partners, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, deposits, and expense reconciliations. Prior to this role, Polina worked as an accountant at City-Core Development, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the general ledger and producing financial reports. Polina's career also includes experience at RNM Properties as a property accountant, MMM Management, Inc. as an accountant/assistant to the CFO, Avaya as a software QA engineer/integration tester, and BRE Properties as a senior accountant.
