Chris Pomar

Chris Pomar has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. From 2020 onwards, they served as the Head of School at Swift School. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Community Affairs at PruittHealth and Executive Director at PruittCares Foundation from 2018 to 2020. Before their time at PruittHealth, they were the Executive Director at Dyslexia Resource Trust from 2015 to 2018. Chris also worked at HIES as the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment & Planning from 2003 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they were a consultant at Coxe Curry & Associates, the Director of Advancement at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School, and held roles in Campaign Communications and Foundation/Corporate Relations at Emory University.

Chris Pomar earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Emory University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Nonprofit Management at AYSPS.
