Ray Almgren

Ray Almgren joined Swift Sensors in July 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer to lead the launch of the company and products into the market in December 2016. In April 2019 Almgren took on the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading engineering, operations, and marketing. In August 2020 Almgren was named Chief Executive Officer.

Almgren has more than 30 years of experience in the electronic measurement, control, and embedded software industries. Prior to joining Swift Sensors, Almgren was the VP of Marketing at NI in Austin, TX–a leading technology provider for test, measurement, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT).

Almgren received his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
